Workplace (or Workspace) Harassment happens quite common. But unfortunately it is not widely reported and tend to remain hidden. It happens often in the form of emotional, physical and sometimes sexual harassment. Particularly those who are in power/authority will misuse their power and harass their lower ranking staff members in the organization. The objective of this video is to create this awareness and to address ways how one (victim) can resolve if ever such a situation occur. And you are (like most of us are) one among
the victims. And those who tend to harass on a regular basis will continue to do the same over and over. Even I am one among those victims. I have been harassed in the past emotionally and recently there was such a situation. Workplace Harassment is an offense.
